In this article, we’ll cover how to beat the Zoroark Drop event in the fastest and most efficient way possible—so let’s dive right in.

Zoroark Drop Event (Beginner)

Battle Task

MissionReward
Knock Out your opponent’s Active Pokémon 1 time with an attack from a Fighting-type PokémonPokémon TCG Pocket Event Hourglass 4
Put 3 Basic Pokémon into playPokémon TCG Pocket Event Hourglass 4

The opponent's deck is mostly composed of Colorless-type making them weak to Fighting-type, which fits into the mission of winning with an attack from a Fighting-type Pokemon. You could really run any Fighting deck you have, and it would be really easy considering this is also the beginner difficulty. I would just recommend the A3-101 A2-089 from last time due to being fast and consistent. The Fossil counts as Basic, so as long as you play 3 Basic Pokemon to finish the mission, you're all good.

As always, it's important to know you can choose not to win if you want to reset the mission since that doesn't reduce energy.

Zoroark Drop Event (Intermediate)

Battle Task

MissionReward
Knock Out your opponent’s Active Pokémon 2 times with an attack from a Grass-type PokémonPokémon TCG Pocket Event Hourglass 3
Put a Stage 1 Pokémon into playPokémon TCG Pocket Event Hourglass 4
Win this battle by turn 14Pokémon TCG Pocket Event Hourglass 4

This time you need to use a Grass-type deck. You can use anything you have since it's still pretty easy to beat, you just need to have a Stage 1. I highly recommend this A2b-007 list moving forward until the end since it is a non-EX deck and fairly straightforward and can be used for Auto. A2b-005 can search any of the evolution pieces. The Auto AI usually just prioritizes evolving through A2b-006 than using A3-144, but since we're running A3-147, you can usually survive before it gets knocked out. As long as you got A2b-007 out, you are looking to one-shot most of their Pokemon. We are running A3-151 to remove the A2-147 and ensure one-shots. You can still try to run any Supporter you want.

Knock Out your opponent’s Active Pokémon 2 times with an attack from a Grass-type PokémonPokémon TCG Pocket Wonder Hourglass 4
Win this battle using a deck where all the Pokémon cards are of ♦, ♦♦, and/or ♦♦♦ rarityPokémon TCG Pocket Wonder Hourglass 4
Win this battle by turn 14Pokémon TCG Pocket Wonder Hourglass 4
Win this battle without your opponent getting any pointsPokémon TCG Pocket Wonder Hourglass 4

I've finished all the missions in one take because the deck ticks all the boxes. It is a Grass-type, uses only up to 3-star rarity, and can easily win by turn 14. It is also hard to take down since we're running multiple heals. The game plan is A2b-005 searching the evolution pieces and then evolving to A2b-007, then letting it finish all of your opponent's Pokemon while healing any damage.

Same deck and strategy as above, so refer to that for more info. You can reliably leave it on Auto, and the AI does a good job of executing the strategy.
