New ex Starter Decks will be released with Shining Revelry (A2b), featuring 9 of the new ex Pokémon. Each deck has cards from the new set: 1 ex Pokémon, at least 2 evolution cards, and 1 of the new Trainer cards. They are the same as the Theme (Rental) Deck Lists in-game.

From March 28, 2025 at 6:00 AM UTC to April 27, 2025 at 6:00 AM UTC, complete Missions receive a Deck Ticket that can be exchanged for one of nine ex Starter Decks, and the 20 cards included in it will be added to the player’s card collection!

For this reason, you may want to hold on to the ticket until you pull some Shining Revelry Booster Packs (around 25) and fill up your collection to avoid duplicates.
