S Tier
Suicune ex Baxcalibur
Using only Water energy, the deck revolves around Suicune's draw ability to rapidly evolve Frigibax into Baxcalibur, creating a powerful engine that gives additional energy per turn mainly fueling Chien-Pao or also Suicune. Chien-Pao can snipe most important Pokemon from anywhere on the field.
Mega Altaria ex Greninja
Using only Psychic energy, evolve Swablu into Mega Altaria ex as your main win condition. Evolving Froakie into Greninja to use its ability to deal chip damage. Meowth is to draw into your win conditions while also having the potential to delay attacks.
Bellibolt ex Zeraora
Evolve Tadbulb to Bellibolt as your main damage dealer. Zeraora can also deal damage while waiting for Bellbolt. Generate tons of energy through Zeraora's ability at the first turn or Pichu to enable Belibolt's attack dealing up to 140 damage.
Magnezone Bellibolt ex
Using only Lightning energy, evolve Magnemite into Magneton to gain energy from its ability then evolve to Magnezone as one of your main damage dealers. Evolve Tadbulb to Bellibolt as also another damage option that can deal up to 140 damage as long as you are able to generate 4 or more energy especially which can be done easily with Magneton.
Hydreigon Mega Absol ex
Using only Dark energy, evolve Deino into Hydreigon to be your main damage dealer. It's Ability lets it charge energy on its own letting you attack every turn. Mega Absol can serve as a backup damage dealer while waiting for Hydreigon or if its knocked out.
Magnezone Oricorio
Using only Lightning energy, you stall with Oricorio while you build Magnezone. Evolve Magnemite into Magneton to gain energy from its ability then evolve to Magnezone as a finisher. You dump your hand fast to make use of Copycat finding your cards faster.
A Tier
Mega Altaria ex Gourgeist
Using only Psychic energy, evolve Swablu into Mega Altaria ex as your main win condition. Meloetta to search for your other Psychic Pokemon. Evolve Pumpkaboo into Gourgeist to deal with Oricorio or another beefy damage dealer.
Mega Altaria ex Chingling
Using only Psychic energy, evolve Swablu into Mega Altaria ex as your main win condition. Chingling, Jirachi and Tapu Lele as chip damage while waiting to evolve your other Pokemon.
Greninja Mega Absol ex
Using only Dark energy, you ideally start with Chingling to delay your opponent from using Items while you build energy for Darkrai or Mega Absol. Evolve Froakie into Greninja using Rare Candy to deal damage through its ability.
Leafeon ex Teal Mask Ogerpon ex
Using only Grass energy, you ideally start with Eevee then evolve into Leafeon ex to start generating energy through its ability to attack or give to Teal Mask Ogerpon which can deal up to 120 damage if it has 5 energy or more.
Mega Gardevoir ex Meloetta
Evolving Ralts into Mega Gardevoir as soon as possible is the goal either through Kirlia or Rare Candy. It will also be your main damage dealer alongside Xerneas. Meloetta can stall in the early game while waiting for Mega Gardevoir which can be retreated easily with Peculiar Plaza again.
Mega Blaziken ex
Deal chip damage with Heatmor or Furfrou until you can get your evolution pieces. Evolve Torchic into Mega Blaziken to start taking knockouts.
Mimikyu ex Greninja
Using only Psychic energy, Mimikyu as your main damage dealer. Evolving Froakie into Greninja to use its ability to deal chip damage. Giratina ex can charge energy with itself using its ability.
B Tier
Greninja Mega Kangakshan ex
Using Lightning energy and Water energy, Pichu can serve as energy generator to any of your Pokemon most importantly to Oricorio which blocks EX Pokemon. Evolve Froakie to Greninja using Rare Candy to use its ability every turn. Mega Kangaskhan can be used as a tank that can be later returned with Ilima to deny points.
Mega Venusaur ex
Evolve Bulbasaur into Ivysaur either manually or Quick-Grow Extract and then into Mega Venusaur which becomes your main damage dealer and tank. Keep it as long as possible with multiple heal options.
Gourgeist Houndstone
Composed of multiple Psychic Pokemon, Meloetta can search through your Pokemon. Evolve Pumpkaboo into Gourgeist for easy 70 damage with fairly tanky HP. Evolving Greavard into Houndstone once you accumulated enough Psychic Pokemon to increase its damage further.
