S Tier
Suicune ex Greninja ex
Using only Water energy, the deck revolves around A4a-020's draw ability to rapidly evolve A1-087 into A1-089, creating a powerful engine that draws cards while dealing consistent damage. A4a-020 can also attack when needed. A2b-035 serves as additional reach, providing late-game knockout potential once the early setup is complete. Greninja ex is an option to switch your Pokemon in case you need it.
Mega Altaria ex Indeedee ex
Evolve Swablu into Mega Altaria and serve as your damage dealer. Fill in your bench to increase Mega Altaria's damage. Jirachi can be used to soften up your enemies or knockout Baby Pokemon. Chingling to delay your opponents from using their Items while waiting for Mega Altaria. Indeedee ex can serve as a healer and also a damage dealer in case a high energy attacks. Non-ex Altaria as your Oricorio killer.
Mega Blaziken ex Heatmor
Deal bench damage with Heatmore until you can get your evolution pieces. Evolve Torchic into Mega Blaziken to start taking knockouts.
Magnezone Oricorio
Using only Lightning energy, you stall with Chingling or Oricorio while you build Magnezone. Evolve Magnemite into Magneton to gain energy from its ability then evolve to Magnezone as a finisher. You dump your hand fast to make use of Copycat finding your cardas faster.
Mega Altaria ex Giratina ex
You can evolve Swablu into Mega Altaria or build up energy on Giratina with its ability. Fill in your bench to increase Mega Altaria's damage. Indeedee ex can serve as a healer and also a damage dealer in case a high energy attacks. Non-ex Altaria as your Oricorio killer.
Hydreigon Mega Absol ex
Evolve Deino into Hydreigon to be your main damage dealer. It's Ability lets it charge energy on its own letting you attack every turn. Mega Absol can serve as a backup damage dealer while waiting for Hydreigon.
A Tier
Greninja Oricorio
Using Water and Lightning energy, Evolve Froakie into Greninja as fast as possible to start using its ability to deal damage. Copycat can help you fasten up draws. Oricorio as a wall against EX.
Decidueye ex Decidueye
Set up chip damage sources with A3-010 while evolving into Decidueye ex or A3a-005 through A3-144 or A3-011.
Espeon ex Indeedee ex
You can evolve Eevee into Espeon ex or build up energy on Giratina with its ability. Indeedee ex can serve as a healer alongside Espeon ex to sustain a lot of attacks or also a damage dealer in case a high energy attacks. Espeon as your Oricorio killer.
Mega Absol ex Darkrai ex
Only running Dark energy. Start with Chingling to stall your opponent and stop them from using Rare Candy or Tyrogue as early chip damage. Absol can attack for 80 and discard a Supporter from your opponent's hand controlling your opponent's options. Darkrai as additional damage from its ability.
Arceus ex Crobat
Start with Chingling to stall your opponent and stop them from using Rare Candy. Evolve Zubat into Crobat to make use of its ability every turn dealing 30 damage. Charge Arceus to 3 energy to make use of Ultimate Force.

Silvally Oricorio
Using Lightning energy. Evolve Type:Null into Silvally and start dealing 100 damage per turn as long as you use a Supporter for only 2 energy.
Oricorio as a wall against EX or Megas.
Tier Explanation
To create this Meta Tier list, I used data from tournaments and my expertise and opinions of respected players. This tier list will hold meta-staple decks that you'll likely encounter in tournament play and will be updated as the meta changes up.
The decklists shared here have found success in tournament events but can be tweaked depending on meta shifts or players' preferences.
S Tier: The top performers and most represented decks in the meta. They have good matchups in the current meta and can adapt to different game scenarios. Expect to encounter these decks frequently in tournaments, with players strategizing specifically to counter them.
A Tier: Popular Meta decks that have solid matchup tables. Tier 2 decks can rival Tier 1 decks in performance, but may have weaknesses and less representation, holding them back from joining Tier 1.
B Tier: Comprising less popular decks or those experiencing a decline in performance, Tier 3 includes options that may still yield respectable results in tournaments. However, they often struggle against certain prevalent matchups. Additionally, this tier encompasses decks with limited data, making it challenging to accurately assess their placement in higher tiers.
C Tier: The less popular off-meta decks or have fallen out of the meta. They might still show up in tournament top cuts but are less likely to perform against the top meta decks.
