S Tier
Hydreigon Mega Absol ex
Using only Dark energy, evolve Deino into Hydreigon to be your main damage dealer. It's Ability lets it charge energy on its own letting you attack every turn. Mega Absol can serve as a backup damage dealer while waiting for Hydreigon or if its knocked out.
Mega Altaria ex Gourgeist
Using only Psychic energy, evolve Swablu into Mega Altaria ex as your main win condition. Meloetta to search for your other Pokemon. Evolve Pumpkaboo into Gourgeist to deal with Oricorio or another beefy damage dealer.
Mega Altaria ex Chingling
Using only Psychic energy, evolve Swablu into Mega Altaria ex as your main win condition. Chingling, Jirachi and Tapu Lele as chip damage while waiting to evolve your other Pokemon.
Magnezone Oricorio
Using only Lightning energy, you stall with Oricorio while you build Magnezone. Evolve Magnemite into Magneton to gain energy from its ability then evolve to Magnezone as a finisher. You dump your hand fast to make use of Copycat finding your cards faster.
Suicune ex Greninja
Using only Water energy, the deck revolves around A4a-020's draw ability to rapidly evolve A1-087 into A1-089, creating a powerful engine that draws cards while dealing consistent damage. A4a-020 can also attack when needed. Greninja ex is an option to switch your Pokemon in case you need it. Indeedee is use to keep your Active be healthy.
A Tier
Mega Altaria ex Greninja
Using only Psychic energy, evolve Swablu into Mega Altaria ex as your main win condition. Evolving Froakie into Greninja to use its ability to deal chip damage. Tapu Lele as chip damage while waiting to evolve your other Pokemon.
Mimikyu ex Greninja
Using only Psychic energy, Mimikyu as your main damage dealer. Evolving Froakie into Greninja to use its ability to deal chip damage. Giratina ex can charge energy with itself using its ability.
Darkrai ex Giratina ex
Running only Dark energy, you charge energy to Giratina mostly through its ability and Darkrai through manual attachment making them both your damage dealers and staggering your opponent with non-stop pressure. Mega Absol as a backup damage dealer that is also tanky.
Greninja Oricorio
Using Lightning energy and Water energy, Pichu can serve as energy generator to any of your Pokemon most importantly to Oricorio which blocks EX Pokemon. Evolve Froakie to Greninja using Rare Candy to use its ability every turn. Mega Kangaskhan can be used as a tank that can be later returned with Ilima to deny points.
Mega Altaria ex Indeedee ex
Using only Psychic energy, evolve Swablu into Mega Altaria ex as your main win condition. Chingling, Jirachi and Tapu Lele as chip damage. Indeedee ex to heal any of your active Pokemon and can also deal damage depending on your opponent's energy.
B Tier
Mega Charizard ex Entei ex
Stall and draw with Entei until you can get your evolution pieces. Evolve Charmander into Charmander to make use of its ability to gain 1 Fire Energy into either your Entei letting it able to attack or through another Charizard you have on the board. Evolve Charmander into Mega Charizard and use its attack if you have sufficient energy. Flame Patch is needed to recover and rush energy if needed.
Magnezone Mega Kangakshan ex
Using only Lightning energy, you stall with Oricorio or Mega Kangaskhan ex while you build Magnezone. Evolve Magnemite into Magneton to gain energy from its ability then evolve to Magnezone as a finisher. Mega Kangaskhan can be used as a tank that can be later returned with Ilima to deny points. You dump your hand fast to make use of Copycat finding your cards faster.
Greninja Mega Absol ex
Using only Dark energy, you ideally start with Chingling to delay your opponent from using Items while you build energy for Darkrai or Mega Absol. Evolve Froakie into Greninja using Rare Candy to deal damage through its ability.
Snorlax ex Indeedee ex
Using only Psychic energy, you stall with Snorlax using multiple heals until you can use it's attack. Indeedee can heal Snorlax that can also serve as a backup damage dealer if needed. Protective Poncho is used on Indeedee to prevent being sniped by Cyrus.
C Tier
Crobat ex Mega Absol ex
Using only Dark energy, evolve Zubat into Crobat ex as your main damage dealer and Poison application alongside Poison Barb. Nihilego can amplify your poison damage. Mega Absol as backup damage dealer or tank while waiting for your other Pokemon.
Buzzwole ex Pheromosa
Start out with Pheromosa or Kartana to deal damage and the energy that they lost when defeated can be regained through Lusamine letting you powerup your Buzzwole ex or Buzzwole.
Mega Blaziken ex
Deal chip damage with Heatmor or Furfrou until you can get your evolution pieces. Evolve Torchic into Mega Blaziken to start taking knockouts.
