Ranked Battle matches in Pokémon TCG Pocket has been a commonly requested feature among the community, and the closest one we got so far were the Emblem Events that required 45 wins in total, or the ones that needed 5 consecutive wins that got scrapped from Space-Time Smackdown.
There were rumors prior to the release of Pokémon TCG Pocket that ranked battles indeed were coming after the release, and leakers with a proven track record confirming the fact. With that, this was officially confirmed on Pokémon Presents with the reveal of the mini set Triumphant Light (A2a), that this feature will launch at the end of March 2025!
